DIY LED questions for 29 gallon

I have standard 29 gallon that I like to move to diy led but I have a few questions. I already have a pressurized co2 system and dosing ferts via EI method.

I'm leaning towards all cool white or mixture of cool white and neutral white and aiming for (high) medium to (low) high light at 20" from substrate.

1. Will I need one or two rows of led's?

2. Should I use 40 degrees optics to keep light of the glass?

3. How far should I space led's?

I used Hoppy's spreadsheet and here is what I came up with if this is correct.

Lumens per LED 345 obtained from LED data sheet
LED Spacing (inches) 3 desired spacing between LEDs
Number of LED rows 1 desired number of LED rows
LED Height (inches) 20 desired height of LEDs from substrate
Cone angle (degrees) 40 the angle specified for LED optics
PAR= 86 calculated approximate PAR value

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
