Co2 fed powerhead problem

Hello Planted tank, so i have a diy co2 line being fed into my powerhead. Its always and currently running at around 1bps this has always resulted in the micro bubbles coming out in spurts, but very recently my powerhead has been giving constant stream of bubbles. I have checked the line and there are no leaks. Maybe this is some sort of pressure? I have no idea, does anyone know whats going on?

Mine did that too. I think it is just the CO2 finally settling into a steady stream with no air pockets in the power head. If you take the power head out of the water and drain it it will start spurting again until the CO2 evens out.
