what ratio for peroxide dip?

how much (3%)peroxide / water do you mix together for a moss safe dip
can't remember if it was 5% peroxide - 95% water, or if that was for bleach

That's the ratio for bleach dips (1:20)...

I'd not heard of peroxide dipping before, but it makes sense given the use in spot treatments... It looks like there's folks using straight peroxide (eek!), or peroxide:water ratios of 1:2 (33%/66%), 1:3 (25%/75%), or 1:5 (16.6%/83.3%).

That said, it looks like said dip is really mostly effective against algae, and less effective against hitchikers (snails/shrimp/etc).
