Some white things on the substrate

Guys does anyone know what are those white things which are coming up from the substrate?

No they are not moving.
I have planted glossoostigma on that place. Are those runners or fungus?

I tried to uproot one of that thing but could not. It is attached to something. When I pull it, the substrate whole substrate seems to come up.

Those are roots. The roots have anchored themselves to the substrate that's why you can't pull one up without pulling up the substrate.
