You'll need to give us some water parameters

2 weeks, most Aquasoils are still giving off a lot of ammonia.
While ammonia is useful to plants, too much is not good.
Do enough water changes to keep the ammonia about 1 ppm for the plants. This will still grow a pretty good population of nitrifying bacteria to be ready when you add fish.

Could that be normal melting? 2 week time frame seems about right.

See good color on red plant's in background.
Agree with water changes with ADA soil to keep ammonia low = less chance of algae bloom.(will need to re-dose fertz after each).
Would move drop checker lower towards the bottom to ensure good CO2 levels there.
If levels there are good,we know that it will be good higher in the tank as the gas want's to rise up and out.
Might move spray bar to back glass pointing towards the front glass and slightly down to help force the gas to mid/lower levels.
Might move diffuser to under the spray bar for same reason.
Would have CO2 on timer to come on two hours before light's do if not already.

The tank is actual about 3 wks I think. Here are some water parameters:

- Ammonia 0ppm
- Nitrite 0ppm
- Nitrate 0ppm
- pH 6.4

I am using the API Fresh Water test kit. The CO2 checker turn very bright green after the light turn off. I also concern about the TMC light not provide enough intensive light.

I move the spray bar to blow the surface as the filter is quite strong compared to the tank size. If I move it down it might blow up the aquasoil.
