Question New to Dry Start Method

So I am starting my first planted tank (75G) and I have a couple of questions about doing the dry start method. I'm going for a low-tech system with low/medium light and no CO2 injection. The flora that I want are:

Anacharis elodea
Vallisneria spiralis
Anubias hastifolia
Ceratopteris thalictroides (water sprite)
Aponogeton crispus
Anubias nana
Hydrocotyle leucocephala (brazilian pennywort)
Bacopa Monnieri (moneywort)
Cryptocoryne wendtii
Nymphaea zenkeri (tiger lotus)

Will any of these plants not be suitable for the dry start method? It seems that stem plants are ok as long as you lay them down parallel to the substrate. I'm really more worried for the Val, Elodea, and Apon.

Some of my plants come in bulb form. Can I use these in DSM or do I need to plants after DSM is over?

The main reason why I want to do dry start is to establish a strong root system that will be less likely to be destroyed by digging fish. So, how long would I need to leave plants in the DSM to grow in good roots? 6 weeks tends to be the average answer but is that enough?

I believe people usually use DSM to get the ground cover plants like (HC, DHG. etc) going.

Once those are growing in DSM, they flood the tank and plant the stems, I am not sure if people use DSM for stems as well.

After planting stems, give it 2 to 3 weeks, before adding fish.
