whisper 20-40

hi all
i am very interested in starting a mid to high light tank sooo
i orderd the co2 setup, ferts, plants and the rest i have
i kinda dont want to buy anything else right now

i was planning on using a whisper 20-40 but,
a buddy pointed out that using a whisper filter would off gas the co2
and that a canister would be beneficial for my setup

i was thinking of using a powerhead and a spongfilter
only because i already have it
but the look of equipment is ehhhhh

any suggestions?

just keep the water line above the waterfall you will be fine.its just ween the you have the water line to low and the waterfall(out take) falls and hits the top of the waters surface and has to much surface agitation then it will out gas the co2

yes, keep the water return under or below the waterline and it will be fine, then buy a canister when you get around to it.
