Tiny Red Dots on Driftwood

Wondering if anyone can tell me what these tiny bright red/orange things are?

All i have in my tank (recently cycled) are otos, amanos and 3 siamensis...

Have you added anything from nature or a pond? I see tons of those in ponds and drainage ditches around here. If they move, that's them. Little tiny tiny tiny orange bugs that multiple like crazy. I don't think they're bad, they could probably be good fish food.

I have not... Doesnt look like bugs. Looks more like eggs.
