20 gallon long Set ups

I have a 20 gallon tank.With a 60 gallon filter on it.I only have water in it,No sand or gravel.With a glass lid.I want to buy a light and some plants but i want the whole back wall plants like a back ground of plants.

Any info will help i just dont want to waste money.
So what ever else you thing i need its for crs shrimp.Or maybe just an arowana or something.

arowana in a 20L? would you cram a cow in a Gremlin? rethink your fish. the CRS option sounds much better.

as for lights, i have 2 2x18W 20 inch coralife t5's. great lights but the 10K bulbs look a lot better than colormax

youll need a substrate so look into amazonia, eco, fluorite, or just regular inert sand/gravel.

Would you cram a cow in a Gremlin? hahahahaha. I laughed so hard at that.


But in respect to the OP, I would do a nice population of CRS and CBS. And if you aren't in it to breed them or aren't worried about predation, maybe at a small school of Boraras species to sorta occupy the mid to top layer of water.
