Stocking with CPO's

I've decided to make my 45 gallon a low light planted tank with some jungle val, rotala indica, dwarf sag, and then lots of java moss & guppy grass. I am going to move my pair of juvenile dwarf orange crays into this tank, and would like to move my shrimp as well. Right now, I've got some yellow shrimp and tiger shrimp in a 7 gallon. I would like to give them more room and move them into the 45 gallon with the CPO's, but I don't want them to disappear. Just wondering if others have had success with keeping dwarf crays and shrimp together with minimal losses.

The tank will have Tahitian Moon Sand as a substrate and several small lava rocks made into caves for the crays. They are in a 10 gallon now with lava rocks, moss & guppy grass and they love it, so I am trying to keep it similar just much bigger.

Also, would any fish work well in this tank, just to give it a little action on the top half? I was thinking maybe some of the micro-rasboras, but I don't have any experience with them.

how much light when you say low light some of those plants might need more light than you are offering. What are your goals for the shrimp and crays? trying to breed them? Some surface dweling fish should be ok with them, maybe some hatched fish or the like.

Right now I have 78 watts on the tank, but the light that I have is a 4 bulb (39 watts each) t-5 strip, but I only have two bulbs in it right now. The other two bulbs are actinic and I need to replace them. So I have plenty of light available if needed.

Yes, the plan is to breed the crays. Right now, I have 3 yellow shrimp in the tank. I have a pair of CPO's right now that will be moved over, and I've got 4 more CPO's that should be here next week that will be going into the tank.
