Have you seen this ..Flouish and worms

I added a capful of Seachem Flouish (brown liquid) - and noticed in the "cloud" that was temporarily there that there are tiny little worms. They are barely as big as the eye of a needle. They hang in suspension and then wiggle.
I am trying to determine what they are. Are they harmful? My fish and plants seem to be doing really well so I am guessing that all is well.

Has anyone seen this before?

LIkely planaria. Sign of over feeding and inadequate tank cleaning. Do water changes, feed less, do water changes--making sure to vac the substrate. Feed 1/2 what you are now.

You're saying the worms were actually in the Flourish? Wow, no, I've never seen that before.

Maybe this is why the Flourish bottle says to refrigerate! So no nasties start growing in it.
