need planted tank

hi guys,

i had a 2 feet tank in which i had what i recently did was removed all the fishes from it and totally resetted and made it planted aquarium past 2 weeks.i added aquaclay bedding and topped it with contra soil black.added few stones,1 driftwood,3 crypts,2 hotnworth,christmas and spiky moss and carpeting plant(rotolla machrandra).i let the tank cycle for 1 and half week with my small sponge filter air water is clear now and my some plant like rotolla melted a bit.i mean got brown totally but now some new leaves sprouted from moss also is getting a lot brown but recently i see some tiny green tips growing a bit not much.the problem which i am facing is theres lot of brown stuff growing on my glass and plants.looks like algae to me.its also over stones.i can say it everywere its there.i have a 50w cfl bulb installed in my top hood and the co2 i use is DIY.but the bubbling is very very 1 bubble in 30 min or 1 hour like that.i added 5 ghost shrimps they are doing well and had moltings crs died in 5 today i saw little tiny white worms all over my are those things normal or why these brown stuffs growing all over the place....too much lighting over co2?

Can not help you with the worms but the "brown stuff" sounds like diatoms.
