How much flow??

I am in the process of setting up my 90 gallon tank and am a little confused on how much flow is needed.

90 gallon tank
peat bottom, 2" flourite sand, 3/4" black onyx sand, 1/2" black pebbles
5X54 T5's
Pressurized CO2
Fluva/ X5 filter

So will the fluval filter provide enough flow?

Theortically yes..... It will turn over enough water, but you will have to wait until the "plants tell" you. If there are dead spots you can add an inexpensive powerhead.
