Help My RCS
Hi, I'm new to the site. I joined because I am having trouble breeding my RCS and I can't find any solutions online.
I have them in a 15 gallon soiled planted tank, around 75 degrees, with 5 Neons. The ph is about 6.5. As far as I can tell, the water parameters are perfect.
I am feeding the fish with food that does not have copper sulfate. I'm still not sure if that is actually bad for them, but I'm not putting it in the tank, just to be safe.
I have had them for about 2 months now, and I haven't seen any sign of eggs.I started with about 13 shrimp of various ages and now I don't know how many are left. I've only been able to count 3, but I also haven't seen any bodies, so maybe their just hiding well or maybe the fish have been eating them? The shrimp are WAY too big to fit in the neon's mouths, so I'm not sure they can. Anyone have any ideas?
