Fish stock list

90 Gallon Planted Tank

Thinking of this for a fish stock

Black Veil Angel - 4 (2 male, 2 female)
Harlequin Rasbora - 12
Japonica Amano Shrimp - 4
Painted Swordtail - 2 (Mated pair)
Checkerboard Discus - 1
False Julii Cory Cat - 8
Pleco - 1

What do you think?

That Discus is a horrible idea.

Other than that you'll probably be ok. The Angels will be tougher to get 2 pairs unless you start with 6 or 8 young ens and be ready to part with some with age.

Otherwise you have a pretty sound plan.

Type of pleco? Some will outgrow even a 90g.

Swordtails - you should do 2 females and 1 male, or the same sex - otherwise the male will constantly "pester" the single female.

Swords are hard water fish, the others are soft water fish. I would skip the swords and get a bigger school of Harlequin Rasboras.

Ditto the Pleco question.
Something like a Bristlenose would be a good size for this tank, and very good algae control.
