Question is a powerhead a good way to diffuse co2?

iam diffusing my diy co2 through the top of my powerhead where the airline tube is supost to go..is this a good way to diffuse co2 or not?.....(pic below)

It is much better if you can get the airline to hit the impeller (even better with small holes in the impeller) and not just have the airline in the output.

In your case, flip the powerhead over and find some way to get the airline into that sponge and through the intake cover.

yeah, you want to mist of tiny CO2 bubbles to go around your tank... It'll work but might not look so attractive.
