DSM - Tank getting too hot?

Hello, I'm trying to dry start hemianthus callitrichoides (HC) in a 15G, but I feel the air temperature within the tank is getting too hot. My room temperature is 73 degrees and it feels like the tank is 4-5 degrees hotter. It's sealed with seran wrap, but I poked holes into it and I open the wrap up to let in fresh air for 20 minutes daily. I have 2 CFL's 12 inches above the substrate and they are 23 and 26W 6500K, daylight bulbs. Does anyone have an idea to lower the air temperature or is it fine for HC?

I think the temperature is fine and should not be a problem.

I agree, I feel like it's a little tropical plant. I don't think it would care at all.

The point on the plastic is to keep humidity up. You really don't need to poke holes in it though. Just lift and adjust the corners of the wrap as needed. You have more control over humidity vs poking holes. Once you poke holes, there is no turning back unless you started with a fresh piece of wrap.
