Littorela uniflora, any interest?

Early this summer I was fournate enough to find and collect some from a lake. Now that it has started to grow (but slow, very very slow) in my excel dieted tank hopefully I should have some in the next few months.

Is there any interest in this rare plant? If so what would be a fair price for it emmeresd? Submersed? I honestly don't know.

Hi Thenoob,

Not really an uncommon plant, it is indigenous to the eastern US. It seems to be more popular in Europe where it is sold into the hobby by at least one of the big plant farms. Not sure why it hasn't become popular here in the U.S., possibly the very slow growth that you mentioned?

As a fellow Minnesota, I must admit that I'm pretty curious as well.

Looks very nice. I live in MN too, and would live to find some of this. Recently found a small emerged elocharis sp. that I may try to keep emerged and eventually. Also have pulled up huge bunched of Jungle Vals in the anchor at my grandparents cabin in WI, but don't have a big enough tank for them (they were 12+".

I'm not in MAS. I'm pretty new to the aquarium/planted tank thing. I almost when to the big plant extravaganza last December, but had a conflict.

No I am not, although I have considered it. Have looked at some of the stuff about it, and looks pretty cool.
