Stupid fish tank - MyFunFish.com

I just saw a commercial for this, the MyFunFish tank. It's a 1/2 gallon plastic aquarium where you pour in clean water in the top, and dirty water flows out a spout on the side.

Yeah that one is a knock off of another tank, this will get people to buy it, it's cheap and cleans itself right? lol I see no flaw with it as far as how it works, but it is a tiny little betta prison basically, if the tank was 2 gallon and the self cleaning would work the same it would rock, but for it to work as it does the tank has to be tiny......but yes people will still buy it, the people who do not know any better

That is pretty high up on the slit of wotst things to call a "tank" and put a fish in ever.
First off any reviews for this, the original, or other knock offs all rip it apart for not actually cleaning properly.. Second anyone that knows a lick about fish knows that's not an acceptable footprint for them, there's no swim room (lets swim an insanely tight circle all day.. weee...).
A shallow but long tank would be much better than a narrow and high... and don't get me started on the gallon vrs fish ration... betta really need 2.5+ minimum. Not to mention they are a tropical fish that need warm waste.. so a heater, and real (constant) filtration.. so some sort of filter (HOB, sponge, what ever).. there's no room in that sort of glass/plastic junk for the essentials.
I will say some people can keep bettas in filter-less homes but they typically have plats to absorb ammonia and actually keep up on proper water maintenance (very frequent water changes as in several times a week).. guarantee anyone who buys one of these (linked thing above or simular) does not.

Due to photobuckets new bs cost for use of images on forums I have deleted all photobucket accounts. I apologize if you enjoyed or found my photos helpful.

Remember the high heels made out of acrylic, I believe, that had a live gold fish in them! Never knew anyone personally that had them but I do remember seeing others wear them.

The wheel turns.
