I'm thinking nitrogen deficiency - but someone else should confirm this before you add nitrates.

These are slow growers and are more susceptible to algae in higher light. They really need to be in a shaded area. Snip the one leaf off as it is untreatable and is stealing energy and nutrients from the other leaves. If not they will all end up the same.

BTW... your lighting and ferts?

The fastest way to success is patience.

Thank you. Not sure why everything else is doing so well and this is not. I was thinking nitrogen as well. Still not sure though.

Then add some N. Good response means you have selected the right nutrient. Now that is fixed, some other nutrient deficiency might show up.
