#5. When you hang out looking for chicks in the frozen food section... at your local pet store!!!
#4. When your utility bill is higher than your car payment... btw... you drive a Mercedes!!!
#3. When your front and back lawn is completely dead, but you still have the highest H2O usage in your neighborhood!!!
#2. When you go to PetCo and tell the salesman you are just looking... for customers!!!

AND the number one reason you've been in the hobby too long!!!.....

May not be a top 5 but when your dish cabinet over your kitchen sink has a shelf dedicated to "fish stuff". And it's mostly ferts/meds.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...

My wife and I split the pantry. I have the left side and she gets the right lol

this is totally me. lawns been dead for weeks, but the utility bill is still almost $150 a month. over half of which is h2o...

When you do your water changes, hook up your siphon to the sprinklers lol

I save a gallon of my water change used water for my house plants...LOL...

tanks are not that big unfortunately besides, the only green patch around the house is my garden, and it gets all the tank water. its helped get my maters up over 7 ft tall so far

Yeah when you negotiate with the misus, half of the library shelves are books, and half of the shelves are fish stuff.
Oh, when you want to buy new lights (ecoxotic) to convince the misus again her display case will look nice with the lightning and other lights special effects. And she said, oh yeah, tha'll look cool, and she doesn't even likes my tanks.

Don't tell me this is not familiar: You buy a Blue Gourami for your 20g tank knowing it will get too large so you can say..."well you don't want the poor little fish to live in there do you ? So let me get bigger tank for him." LOL...
