Is it coral or live rock and are you keeping it in properly filtered salt water? If it is 'alive' still then yes it has value. If it is corals, definitely...although it depends on the health and types as far as value goes. Some live corals that are common in the hobby may be hard to sell, but, more exotic and brightly colored types can be quite expensive, upwards of $100 each or more. If it is live rock, and it is not in salt water, it will not stay alive long. It's value generally is only about $2 pound alive and roughly $1 -1.5 for dead, clean dry reef rock. If you buy from lfs, you are looking at $10 - $15 pound for live rock...just hard to resell for those kinds of prices.
Just wanted to add, you may have luck advertising it on a local reef aquarium club site, or, the local papers/ craig's list ect., but, be prepared to sell corals individually, and liverock by the pound. It is pretty hard to sell all as a package, although worth the try. Good luck with it.
