HELP! What's going on with my plants?

This is the same plant from two angles. The bad part is in the corner and doesn't get much light to the leaves. Any idea what's going on?
T5HO 48 inch 108 total watts. 1 6700k bulb and one 650nm rosate bulb.55 gallontank
Ecocomplete substrate
Excel daily as directed
Potassium
Flourish comp
All as directed
WHAT IS THIS PLANT? I have one in the opposite corner doing the same thing. These plants did great for four months.

Did you just plant it? or move it? looks like its melting. Do you use root tabs? Swords are big root feeders.

Is it recently planted? I added an amazon sword to my tank and at first it did not do so well, looked a bit like your pick. Once things got established, it took off like a rocket. Now it covers most of my 20g.

Looks like a melon sword. The leaves are melting because the plant was grown emersed. Hopefully you will see some new growth as the plant transitions to being fully-submersed.

Here's a link that might help ... http://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/p...on-swordplant/

+1 for aquabruce
But I didn't see phosphates on your list in the openning post. Even though it is dosed in small amounts it's a macro and very little of it is in Flourish comp. This is an example of a place you can get dry ferts and at a 1/16 tsp each week a half lb @ $3 will last years.
