Tank update

Well the main suggestion for my tank was that I needed more light so I went out and got another 24" florecent bulb set up and mounted it in my hood now I have 3 24" 20watt bulbs for my 37 gallon tank still a little low but I dont think I can get anymore light fixtures in there with out tearing out the original one. Adding the one fixture made the tank a whole lot brighter hopefully my plants will take to it. I also added a DIY CO2 that is now running I guess only time will tell if I was cut out for this planted tank thing. Thanks for the help and still any suggestions are useful as I kinda just jumped in with 2 feet on this whole planted tank thing.

What kind of fixture is it, what is the length, where did you get the bulbs from and what sort of pins are they? Square pin or straight pin?
