Plants Illegal to Ship in USA

Does anyone know where I could find an official and exhaustive list of plants illegal to ship in the USA?

Also if anyone knows off hand, is it illegal to ship Java Fern var. 'Tropica'?

Thanks!

Hygrophila "tropical sunset" is illegal to ship to the usa. But does anyone else think it's a really nice plant? I understand it's banned cause it grows to rapidly. It's very unique in it's pinkish coloring and grows very well. I plan on planting it pretty heavily in my tank.

yeah, it is very pretty. A lot of people, including myself have it. It is not bad to have it as long as you are responsible, and I explain this before I ship it to anyone. It can not be released into local waterways, and if you trim it, you need to freeze it before throwing it away.

This same question came up a few months ago over at PlantGeek.net. There's some very good links on that thread.
