does excel causes cloudy water?

I spot treated some BBA with excel yesterday and i woke up to a cloudy water tank. Should i be worried? Do i need to do a water change or would it go away in a few days?

After you do spot treatment, you need to 50% Wc after few hours . That my practice. It said to remove any Ammonia spark or build up from the dead algae.
