YAY - Perfect Water
I want to thank everyone for helping me on here and putting up with all of my questions, no matter how trivial regarding my new planted tank.
Yesterday, I added two julii cory to my tank, which was really the last species I wanted to add. I thought that now with a fully stocked tank (aqadvisor is saying 74%) that my ammonia would go sky high. I have been having problems with traces of ammonia and water changes. Sigh. I was ready to do another water change when I tested ammonia this morning because I had added two more fish.
Lo and behold, perfect golden yellow! Yes! So now I have a fully stocked tank, plants and balanced water. I was really surprised that the extra animals did not cause ammonia spike. Instead things equalized.
Yay. Thanks everybody!
