How to clean manzanita used by reptile?

I want to start a 60 gallon tank. I have this beautiful piece of manzanita driftwood, but it has been used by a bearded dragon for about three years. If I clean it and disinfect it good enough, could I use it for my fish tank?

Could I scrub it real good with a bleach/water solution? It is way too big to boil. Any suggestions please?

pretty much do the same thing you would do with any peice of drift wood you're gona use for aquatic applications. alot of soaking. doing whatever you think will make it cleaner wont hurt.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I was thinking of soaking it and then scrubbing it in bleach/water.

bleach is fine, just make sure you soak it in some dechlorinated/ing water afterwards. or you can let it dry after the bleach soaking and the chlorine will evpaorate away

Boiling is good it you have something to put in in for several minutes. Bleach is usually the easiest and cheapest way to go. Drying it well afterwords will get the chemicals out as posted above.
