Waterchange with lights and co2 on?

I normally only do waterchanges on my co2 injected tanks at night or early in the morning when the lights and co2 solenoid are off. Would doing waterchanges during lights on affect my balance and throw my tank off?

shouldnt be a problem i think.....I only do waterchanges with the lights on. If I do it with the lights off the fish gets to spooked and stressed.

I turn my co2 off, just cause that's easy to do, but it doesn't make a difference.

No difference, I kill the power to the whole tank when doing a WC the just flip it on after.

I was just unsure about the co2 concentration fluctuating and causing bba etc. This should make it much easier for me. Thanks guys.
