Just a thing that occurred to me.

Would Iron stone substrate affect my fe reading and the level of iron in the tank. My fe reading is nearly .2 which according to the test kit is a little high.

Any thoughts on this?

Probably means you shouldnt add additional iron supplements. But maybe through normal oxidation it will be made available to the plants.

is your kit reaqding total iron or just the organic iron? In either case I wouldn't add iron supplements, possibly woluld try to lower the iron content by using distilled/RO water for top ups.

But if your fish and plants are doing fine, I wouldn't worry too much.

Help! I'm being held hostage in a sushi bar in Akihabara!!

Everything is going fine, plants and fish, no one seems to mind. The test kit is a Dupla powder regent test kit, so I think it just test for Iron content, not sure if this includes both.
