Since I bought myself 2 nice angelfishes, they've ate all the duckweed!! Its pretty cool, they also nip a bit on other plants but not causing any real damage. They seem to have a nice diet of veggies and meats
Its actually cool to see the 2 angelfishes eating a tiny drifting leaf. If its a piece a little too big to fully swallow, they each take turns chewing it, spitting it out, and the other fish chews it and spits it out, continuing the cycle until one of them fully eats it
Just thought I'd share :P

Lot of fish like duckweed. When I was a kid in NY I saw even horses reach into a duckweed covered pond and eat it.

but usually when a fish likes duckweed, they like to eat every other plant in your tank as well

That's convenient! My angelfish don't eat duckweed (but one eats algae wafers). Maybe they do and I don't see it, but they don't eat much.
