I think 3 of my 6 black skirts are male

i'm looking at my black skirts and i'm noticing 2 of my new ones are starting to bulge out just like my on other black skirt. are they getting fatter. maybe full of eggs? fat? i can't post a good pictures because it moves to much.

It is the season for fish loving... or they could be fat... Now that there's more live plants in the tank I kinda suspect they might see those as great places to lay eggs though... Let us know what happens!

If ir is prego i'll hopefully have time to get rid of my pleco before the eggs come. and i bought 2 terra cotta pots because (dont' know if it's true) that some fish will use them to breed in. but if they don't they'll look nice anyway.

I don't know of any tetras that lay eggs in caves, that's mostly catfish and some cichlid species. Tetras tend to either just scatter eggs over the substrate or in plants, often mosses or crypts.
