I already have a Co2 setup but i found this on Ebay for anyone interested.
It is a German made Aqualine Co2 regulator + some other things.

I'd consider going with a two gage set up so you can read the tank pressure and regulate the pressure going to the needle valve.
I've been running for a couple of years now with just the basics(tank, regulator and needle valve(s)), with no problem at all.
To me all the other stuff is unnecessary.
And I got regular sized tanks as well for about $100 for the complete system.
Most refilling places swap tanks, so it makes no sense to buy a new tank.

Like I said in my first post I already have a nice Milwaukee Instruments Co2 regulator, solenoid, needle valve, and bubble counter. Aquamedic reactor with power head. I am posting this for the folks who would like to go pressurized but dont because they think they cant afford it. Lets say you can pick up a new/used Co2 cylinder for 50-60 bucks(got mine free) and you got either the eheim or the aqualine regulator you are in pressurized Co2 country for well under $150
