I love introducing a large school to another large school of the same species, the antics go on endlessly as they get to know to each other. It's one of those rare occasions worth sitting and watching the tank for hours on end.

Nice! Just got some more neons to add to my school.

I have a 90G with two angels and 5 boesemani (in addition to the tetras and cories). It
Is heavily planted with dw... Would a pearl gourami be ok or do you think the angels would cause problems? I'm also worried about space because angels and boesemani rainbows get pretty big...

I would think your angels and the gouramis wouldn't be a good mix plus you start to get on the heavy side of the stocking limit.

The cardinals are doing very well with each other. My gouramis are being very shy, understandable. The rams are interested in them but everyone is happy. Both the rams and the gouramis are reds to breed and seems like its going to be in the next few days. That could be interesting.

Ideally the rams will gaurd the nest on bottom and the peals will stay on top. With 25 cardinals I don't know how they can protect the eggs.

I was thinking that as well. It's crazy how a 90G fills up fast like that... The damn angels are going to be the size of pterodactyls soon!
