Quick question about cycling.

I'm purchasing a full 75 g setup from a guy who has been running the tank for years. At the moment he has bottom feeders and algea feeders set up in it (catfish, plecos, etc.). Just wondering if I keep the filter medium wet and the substrate wet will I need to do a complete cycle again?

Not a complete cycle, but with disturbing the gravel there'll most likely be a "mini-cycle" though, it might not even be enough to really notice (especially if you're putting your mini-school of Neon Tetras in there).
