some light questions if smb can help

i want to change my lights on 40 heavely planted and i got a good deal on a 30"satellite 65w with lunar lights . but it says this is for saltwater .is it ok to use it. ?

Light fixture doesn't matter, it's the bulb that determines whether it is good for reef or planted. The lunar lights are for viewing, not really for growth.

Saltwater use probably means it comes with actinic bulbs which are useless for growing plants (probably, arguably - lets not get into that again).
The fixture will be fine but you will need to check on the bulbs and make sure you have daylight tubes in the 6700 - 10000K range.
