Can anyone help me identify this plant?

Hi all, I have only recently started trying to identify my plants, thought I have had my aquarium for some time, and was wondering if someone could help me identify this one??

btw if you add more light the plant will have a nice pink tip.

thanks a lot, looks like you are right, and I just added a new light, 55w, with polished reflector, seems to be making a helluva difference, thanks for the tip.

no problem (results already? thats fast, usually takes morefor the plant to change color)
