Has anyone ever had a problem with them??????/ B/c I sure have and still do. I ordered two 65 watt 6700k florescent bulbs and they arrived in a timely manner. But the problem was, the prongs dont fit my fixture, and I have emailed them 6 times in the past 2 weeks and called their customer service number and no one has gotten back to me. No email, no nothing....Which is upsetting b/c when I was emailing them to figure out which lights I should order in the first place, they got back to me within 24 hours. But now that I am having a problem, they are no where to be heard from.

I guess im just ranting, but honestly, does anyone know what I should do if I cant get ahold of them. b/c im not having any luck and it was over 2 weeks ago.And I have been persistant.

Did you order the same lights that you received? If not, then you have a valid dispute.

You buy through paypal? Send them another 2 emails marked urgent and give them an ultimatum. If they don't respond, dispute through paypal.

I didnt order through pay pal, But I ordered corallife lights and they sent me current brand. which made them have the wrong prongs and doesnt fit my fixture.

If you paid by credit card, you can simply return the lights and then dispute the charge as they sent you an item you did not order.
