Plants melting after injecting CO2

Alright, WHAT is going on? I've been doing this for about 4 years now, I thought I was over the surprise stage!

I have been neglecting my tank for about a year, and then this past weekend I cleaned them all up and started up the yeast CO2 and EI dosing again. Well it's been a week, and my crypt's leaves are melting. This literally happened overnight as far as I can tell.

PH swing? Too much nitrates? Not enough nitrates?

I moss be in love
