Augmented Filter Outflow?

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to alter the flow of a filter to increase oxygenation in the water? I was thinking of adding a bolt or something to disrupt the flow of water as it re enters the tank.

Sure, anything that causes more surface disturbance would do that.

I'm guessing u mean to alter a hob filter. I guess changing the force and angle of the water interning the tank would alter oxygen exchange. But why not just an air stone then.

Warranty not included

Because an airstone is just one more annoying set of chords to deal with - and just one more thing that can fail.
