Trichomanes javanicum - Aquarium plant or not?

I just bought a thing of plants from the Petsmart on my way up to college. I checked out a few places and found that T. Javanicum isn't a true aquatic plant However, my fiancee has had one in her aquarium for over a year now and it seems to be doing fine. Very slow growth, but it isn't rotting out by any means.

Has anybody kept this plant successfully? Is it even worth keeping in my tank?

That's what I linked to.

My question I suppose should be interpreted as asking if even though it was a terrestrial plant if T. Javanicum could survive underwater as it has for my fiancee, or if she just got a fluke.

My next question would be, what is the contact info for Top Fin I need to go through to get my money back. Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose has been breached, and it should be a open and shut decision to refund me and anyone else buying these plants (T. Javanicum is not the only plant that Top Fin sells in those tube things that is a terrestrial plant). They don't seem to have a website that I can find.
