Varying growth on the same species stem plants.

I have rotala marcrandra, indica and wallichi (just realized they were the same genus) neways, Some stems look healthy while other stems are barely growing with new growth looking tiny and sickly.

I have 3.25 wpg over a 20 gal, doing ei dosing with a diy co2 with a reactor.

They are all in different areas in the tank and there is more than enough water circulation for them to evenly get nutrients. I have other stem plants which are doing great like asian ambulia, cardamine, and red temple.

Is this a nutrient deficiency? The only thing I dont see in my micro nutrient fert is calcium... I have a kh of 2.
