Should I replace my tank?

Hey guys. My tank has been running only for about a year. And recently I discovered these bubbles in the silicone on top of the tank. Is this safe or should I replace? Thanks!

Sorry about the iPhone picture. I can borrow a camera from landlord if you guys need to see more clear.

The 2 little bubbles above and below what looks like algea? Those are nothing to worry about, atleast from what I can see. Just want to watch for seperation between the glass panels.

What size is the tank? The larger it is, the more you might need to worry.

yeah those are algae and o2 bubble. It's the little bubbles that are from glass panels.

The tank is a 40B. I'll watch out for the separation.

Thanks!
