Help ID and general planting help lots of pics

I received an order of plants today i bought online. I received most of what I thought I was getting but also got some substitutions. Sorry the tank is dirty. I will gladly try and get more or better pictures if it will help.

This is the list I ordered.
Alternanthera reineckii
Cabomba caroliniana
Ceratophyllum demersum (hornwort, rigid hornwort, coontail, or coon's tail)
Hemianthus micranthemoides
Hygrophila difformis
Limnophila indica
Ludwigia Peruensis, or Ludwigia glandulos
Ludwigia repens
Myriophyllum
Rotala Nanjenshan

Here is what I received in no particular order.

I'm also wondering if I planted them correctly. They mostly came as individual stems bound with a strip weight(feels like lead but I'm sure it is not). In most cases I loosened the strip, cut away decayed material then bound them back up with the strips and planted them in the substrate. I had not received plants with these weights on them before. Should I pull them up and remove the strip weights and try and replant the stems? It sure was easy keeping them planted with those weights on. Usually 5 stems or so per clump. Any other placement or planting suggestions? Thanks for reading. As always I'm very appreciative for your help. Great site.

I would remove the lead weights and plant the stems individually. If they are all bound together and one stem starts to rot or melt it will spread to all of them. Some of those plants were grown emerged so they will have to transition to submerged growth.
