moving plants w/o moving planaria

I have a tank that I would like to break down, but it has planaria. I would like to keep some of the plants (particularly the anubias that is attached to driftwood) and move them to another tank. I have been working on breaking it down and treating for planaria - After I removed all livestock I was attached to (sorry pond snails), I treated the tank twice with fenbendazole. Twice because a week after the first treatment, I still saw live planaria. That was over a month ago. I have been doing water changes and running carbon to remove the fenbendazole. I don't want to transfer it with the driftwood to my main tank- I have lost nerites because of it.

But today- I saw a planaria again! Just one little teeny, but I am sure that is what it was. Is there something else I can do to get rid of them? Or do I just give up on my plants (hate to do that to the beautiful anubias). Ideas? Suggestions?

Make a dip consisting of something that will kill the planeria bleach maybe, and dip the plants into it for a bit before transferring.
