Exclamation Need Help with my first planted tank

Hi,
I am realy new to plants, and want to turn my 29 gallon into a planted tank. I need help with the equipment though. I dont have any idea how to set up a planted tank, and want to knw. I dont even know what flurite, or Co2 system to buy! The picture of th diagram I made was too big to put on, I tried resizig t but the onl size it would accept was so small you couldnt see it. But i will igure a way to post it. I also ant to know what plants i could have with Lilaeopsis mauritius and HEMIANTHUS CALLITRICHOIDES . If anyone has any infoon what the tank params an such should be, please help me. Thanks!

Well do you have the right lighting?HEMIANTHUS CALLITRICHOIDES Will need atleast 2.5 watts per gallon and will need Co2. You can put any plants you want together as long as you have the right lighting. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask!

I only have a flourescent bulb as a light, what light should I get? Will 2.5 wats be too low, or too high for other plants, like cabomba or something?

2.5 watts per gallon? or just 2.5 of light all together?

Im sorry, it must be frustrating for you. I want some purple/red leaved plants too, are there any? I most want to know is what co2 is the best for a 29g.

Well red/purple leafed plants will need very high light as much as 3.5 watts per gallon.

Alternanthera reineckii have purple leaves. It's a hard plant to keep.
