Schuber Wright or Fluval spec V

My wife wants a betta only tank below 10 gallons for our hallway upstairs. I've spent a few weeks looking into nano tanks and the various options.

with my amazon rewards points I can get this
http://www.amazon.com/Schuber-Wright-Beveled-Aquarium-8-9-Gallon/dp/B006WP8FSQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1391103145&sr=1-1
cheap as crap

I will be going low light, I have an extra brooder lamp from my other 10 gallon that ended up being to much light so I removed this extra one. I will pick up either a zoomed 501 or a toms off amazon for filtration.

How are these tanks? I'm not familiar with them as I just came across this brand searching Amazon. I've never had a rimless tank and for the price this seems like a great deal for a betta only tank. I will probably just build or find a table at savers to use as a stand.

My other option is just picking up a fluval spec V. I would only need to purchase a heater. The Wright has more tank area and I would be able to do more with it. I want to make my purchase in the next week. I can't decide which direction to go.

The betta that is going into the tank I've had for 2 years and he's not a jumper. He's been in 3 different tanks ranging from 10, 29 and 55 and has never taken a leap out of the tank. In the case he does, I have some lids from previous builds I can throw on. How's the quality of these tanks compared to mr. aqua ect
