Tank Stocking / Feeding / Water Change Plan?

I have a 29 gallon BioCube HQI that is moderately planted and 1.5 years old...

Currently in the tank I have...

- 9 neon tetras
- 3 "Black Tiger" Endlers: 2 male (.75"), 1 female (2")
- 2 pea puffers (rather shy and they only pay attention to each other)

I'm curious what would be the largest comfortable stocking and what water change and feeding schedule would be recommended. If I added any more fish, it would likely be one more female ender and one more male endler.

I also plan to add more plants if needed, maybe a ground cover on the substrate. I'll likely replace a few of those tall pond-weed things in the back of the tank with something nicer as well.

Thoughts on stocking limit, water change schedule and feeding?

I find this site helps with some of those questions: http://www.aqadvisor.com/AqAdvisor.p...engthUnit=inch keeping in mind it's a best guessimate due to all the variables.

I like how it can give you "warning" or tips such as for Platy's it recommends a Male to female ratio of 1:2 (M:F) or that different species require different parameters or that fin nipping might occur with the selected species you've chosen so aren't the best choice together.

edit: I should have noted that it's an aid/tool .. more research might be needed. But I find the stocking level & water change frequency are helpful .. at least a good starting point.

That's awesome! Thanks!

So apparently my filtration capacity is over 800% which is good considering that is half the flow my pump can put out. 57% stocking capacity, which is nice. I may go get two more endlers tomorrow so that I have 2 females and 3 males.
