How much to dose (Seachem phosphates)

Hi, before I set up my dry ferts, I want to know how much I should dose for my seachem phosphates. I've got a pretty heavily planted tank with a hell of alot of cabomba. I heard my dosage was all off, so I want to know what the correct dosages. I've fixed everything but this, dosage wise, so I'd really love some tips. I've got extreamly high lights so I'm trying to resulting algea production.

Thanks,
Charlie

Direct from the Seachem site.

Quote:
To target a specific phosphate increase, dose according to the following formula: 0.8vp=m, where v= volume of tank in gallons*, p=desired phosphate increase and m=volume of product to use in mL. For example to raise 20 gallons* to 0.1 mg/L phosphate you would use: 0.8*20*0.1=1.6 mL.
Since we are not mind readers and don't know the size of your aquarium.
