Bio-Chem Zorb or Activated carbon?

Which should I use in my XP3, I have a feeling at least one of them might mess around with all the dosing I do. But if neither screw with the EI dosings, then which should I use?

Also, Bio-Chem stars or Ceramic rings?

Well, I just searched the forums pretty thoroughly and found that activated carbon is a no-no, and that Chem stars are not chemical filtration despite the name. Im still not sure about the Chem-zorb, but I'm assuming it has the same properties as the activated carbon so I'm going to leave it out.
